DoctorCertify.com is a platform that connects patients with licensed doctors through a technology platform that assists doctors in managing their independent practices. Certificates for minors require the consent of their guardian and are not issued without approval.

DoctorCertify.com does not guarantee that a telehealth consultation is appropriate for your circumstances and does not provide any medical or health advice or services to you. DoctorCertify.com shall not be held liable for the non-issuance of a medical certificate by a registered medical practitioner or any consequential situations arising after the issuance of a medical certificate. You agree that the acceptance or denial of the medical certificate is not within the liability scope of DoctorCertify.com, as it serves solely as a facilitating agency.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to our service without notice and at our sole discretion.

Priority orders are serviced within 30 minutes* during working hours, provided the customer shares all required details and attends the doctor consultation. Handwritten prescriptions and medical notes are issued by the doctor, with the seal and signature potentially being digitally printed at the doctor’s discretion.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide all information requested by us, partner doctors, and partner providers, and warrant that all information provided is true and complete.

If you do not understand any question asked in our questionnaire or any advice given by a partner doctor or provider, you should seek clarification immediately.

Consent

By accessing and/or using our Site, you agree to these terms of use and our Privacy Policy (available on our site). If you do not agree, please cease using our Site immediately.
