ALL ABOUT OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DoctorCertify.com has a comprehensive refund policy. Below are some scenarios and details:

Refunds are provided when:

An underage user (<18 years) applies without a caretaker’s knowledge and before doctor consultation.

Proper medical history or current medical records are unavailable, and this is informed before the doctor consultation.

A user repeatedly requests certificates without treating the ailment.

A certificate is needed for insurance claims, government duty regularization, or medico-legal cases.

The doctor has not contacted the patient user.

Non-refundable products/services include standalone doctor consultations and digital certificates via WhatsApp. Refundable formats for Indian Medical Certificates incur a fee of INR 199/and for Form 1A, INR 250/-. International Medical Certificates incur a fee of $5. There are no refunds for non-refundable document formats or standalone online doctor consultations.

 

Users will not be entitled to refunds if:

A non-refundable product is chosen.

The user is unwilling to attend an online doctor consultation.

Booking a standalone online doctor consultation.

Missing the online appointment without canceling at least 60 minutes prior.

The doctor has attempted to contact the user three times without success.

The certificate has been issued.

Ailment claims are found incorrect or illegal.

Users contradict their medical condition details.

Failing to provide supporting documents after consultation.

Not responding to calls or emails for more than 7 days after booking.

The certificate is not issued after the consultation if the doctor is not satisfied.

 

To initiate a refund, email care@doctorcertify.com with your case details and invoice. Refunds will be processed within 72 working hours, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 8-10 working days, depending on the payment gateway policies.
